Colonial Needle's 45mm Rotary Blade Sharpener is the perfect tool to sharpen dull rotary blades. The sharpener disk features two abrasive surfaces. The yellow side is coarse while the darker side is fine. Simply place the rotary blade between the two handles which screw together then twist them against the sharpener on each side starting with the coarse side.
