2 sizes and fully reversible! Perfect for using up your growing stash of fabrics or, pick combinations of 2 or 3 beautifuly matching fabrics to create really eye-catching bags. Both bags have pieced cotton linings and can be completely reversible; creating one bag with two different looks. These pieced block bags can be made with either block pattern and in two different shapes and sizes. Two handle options are given. Sewing pattern includes: instructions, full sized reusable pattern pieces, and measurements to create your own Building block bags.

Materials list
For the Large Block Bag 8" square x 17" high

• 1/4 yard each of four different coordinating print fabrics
• 1 yard of a different coordinating print fabric for lining and handles
• 1 package of crib size cotton batting (45"x60")
• Thread matching fabric
• Optional: 8" x 8" piece of plastic mesh or Timtex; for bottom of bag for extra stability.

For the smaller peced block bag 8" square x 8" high

• 1 yard of dark print fabric for blocks, lining and handle
• 1/3 yard of coordinating light print fabric for block centres and handle
• 1 package of craft size cotton batting (34"x45")
• 1 1/2" button (Two 1 1/2" buttons if you prefer to make it reversible)
• Thread matching fabric
• Optional:8" x 8" piece of plastic mesh or Timtex; for bottom of bag for extra stability.
